Occupational health and safety support
Although Corporate Vitality advises companies about preventive health, we are no occupational health and safety service. However, we can advise employers on working conditions and help with absenteeism counselling and reintegration of employees. This way, absenteeism will remain as low as possible.
Staff members unction well by working in the right working conditions. It reduces the chance of labour loss due to illness or accidents and the coming into effect of the Dutch Poortwachter Law. Working conditions are closely related to good employment practices and the care for employees. It also contributes to good entrepreneurship because the preventing staff from becoming ill will keep costs low. Our programmes are often fully or partially compensated or financed by collective insurance partners. For instance, we often collaborate with Aon.
Should it unexpectedly be necessary to enable occupational health and safety support, we can easily refer to a skilled service provider. We collaborate with occupational health and safety services that consider prevention of paramount importance.
