The importance of sustainable employability and vitality has gained an increased support base because of various scientific research, management publications, and training & education courses. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the understanding of health relevance, and along with it, the support base for good health linked to staff and labour.
Our tailor-made programmes draw attention to the importance of physical and mental health, but also to reduce the number of work disability cases within an organisation (often caused by mental problems) and increase the resilience of staff members. Mental health has a great influence on daily life, relationships, and even one’s physical health. Mental health also includes being able to enjoy life and finding a balance between your daily activities (work/private life) and efforts to be psychologically resilient. In order to achieve ambitious objectives, it’s important that staff are fit and energetic, both physically and mentally. We could, for example, focus on a different theme each quarter to make staff aware of good health and wellbeing.
