Work-out@Home Program

In light of the Corona virus Signify and Corporate Vitality decided to change the online platform for all Signify employees working at home and to offer online webinars to stay fit and healthy.
On these 6 different time slots you can work on your body & mind. When you register for a time slot you automatically subscribe for 10 sessions starting in week 14. Each week you will receive a reminder 15 minutes before the work-out. You are free to register for all 6 time slots if you like. Don’t hesitate to bring your family to the virtual gym!
